Very comprehensive and I love the way you are doing the lighting, I have never seen it being done like that.❤ exactly what I needed help with
Great trick. Thanks for sharing and for your generosity.
Amazing🎉
Thank you so much ❤ This is such an amazing tutorial 😍
Wow! I love how easy it is to understand. Your way of teaching is very effective. Thanks so much! ❤️👌✨✨✨
Thank you very much for this video! It was easy to understand – mostly because I already know how to work with layers xd
But this is definitely my kind of thing cuz i dont like spending too much time (that and i am very lazy lol)
This is definitely gonna help with the mood of my artworks! Because I heard that certain lighting temperatures and colors can also depict a specific emotion on whatever is being illustrated.
I usually don't write comments on youtube but this video was so helpful! I'm always struggling with lighting and this method really helped me improve. Keep it up!
Hi, I'm having trouble following your method. Up until now, I was erasing some part of the dark layer to create the light, but now I'd like to follow your method. I use sketchbook pro for windows and it doesn't let me brighten the character by painting with white. Once the adjustments are done, I create the mask on that layar but coloring above doesn't create anything, as if the mask is transparent. I don't know if I explained my problem well, but I really need some help, or another method to make light. Thank you
hi thank you for your tuto!
Thank you a lot !!!
THIS WAS SO HELPFUL!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
nice

Why am I not subscribed to your golden channel 🤦🏾♂️
You just won a subscriber.
I'm so glad I found your video and found a new artist I didn't know. Your videos really help me a lot in doing art work for me, who still lacks a lot of skills. I love this video😆😆
hey man! amazing video! this helped me so much!! but do you mind if i were to ask where you got some of your shading and blending brushes? if so, thanks so much!
Thank you Lucas!! I've been struggling with how to paint light and this is just what I needed. This is an outstanding video. I love how vivid the colors are and you captured the light masterfully. I will definitely try this in procreate as well. I can't wait!!
Oh my God this is very useful ! Thank you so much. Also great drawing 😍
Hi Lucas, I like sooo much what you are doing. I draw since I was 4 but I never took time to get technics. Talent is not all as you surely know. I’m thinking about taking your courses very seriously. But until then, I have a question : How about light on a building by night ? With those old neons’ lights that we used to see in 60s – 70s Las Vegas if you know what I mean. I love those kind of drawings but I am unable to make it looks realistic and fine. Would it be possible for you to have a video on that topic, please ? Thanks you very much and congratulations !
Super helpful method bro. Im going to try for mine. Thank you 😍
Tachibana sylphine ford!! So cute!!!
Edit: thanks for the tutorial. Very informative
😯 wo-wo-WOW finally a great ARTIST that shares useful style/technique and you are so great that you give me the feeling I can approach this… 👏 Direct to the point, useful, and definitly good marketing for the course. Thumb up!👍
Thank you
Hi Lucas can you make animation i wanna learn how to animate all the drawings
Can you please teach me how to make a brush
I'd probably have to write this down but I love this tutorial
Learned so much from this video…thanks alot❤️
Fantastic, thanks so much man!
Thank you for this. Super helpful
Hola Lucas!! Oye me encantan tus videos pero soy intermedia, llevo años usando photoshop para muchas cosas pero no para dibujar, e empezado a hacer libros para niños but i need to level up my drawings, do you think this course will help me with what I need?
Any tips for studying how to render overcast lighting scenarios?
That’s a nice method. The issue is some ambient occlusion is gonna have to go when a key light is aimed directly at it.
Thank you Lucas
Except.. you’re not painting..
What brush do you use and where can i get them? Great job
