Alfonso, thank you so much for your tutorials! I really appreciate them! I just wish that the camera was positioned so we could actually see the pen meeting the paper while you are drawing rather than looking at your hand and seeing the drawing only when your hand is moved out of the field of vision.

Alphonso. I bought your Pen and ink drawing last year and now just started the workbook. It is really awesome practice, exactly what I’d been needing! Question: did you intend for the hand / base of hand to maintain position when changing line direction (for example exercise 1.4) or it is ok to adjust? What about rotating paper?

Definitely get the camera off to the left and slightly down pointing to the right and up. That way your hand won't get in the way.
And lock the focus.
